too bad one can't return a haircut

I've been trying to grow my hair long for over two years now, but I'm addicted to cutting it. Every time I get it "trimmed," I miss my hair that was almost long, and swear I won't cut it for 6 months. Yet, without fail, 3 months later, I'm back in the salon. This time though, I thought it would be different, since I trusted an exorbitant amount of money to a specialty salon, thinking I'll come out with a transformed mane. But the only thing that was different is that not only is my hair gone, but my money is as well.
