some people take smoking breaks, others coffee breaks…

I take sun breaks. Hummmer imed me a couple hours ago telling me it was sunny outside in Brooklyn, and not having seen the great star in days, I abruptly stopped whatever I was working on, and ran down and out like a damsel in love removed from her beloved for too many days, but only to be most disappointed, as the sun was still concealed by clouds on my side of the river.

Sitting in a cubicle removed from all natural lighting is not as horrible as I feared, but is still pretty bad. Taking an hour lunch break helps, but not when there's no sun out…
